Intermittent fasting is not a form of fasting as such, but a consciously chosen time during which the human body does not receive any nutrients. Basically, it is about a certain eating rhythm. How this rhythm is designed depends on your own preferences. For example, I find it easier to eat within eight hours and not eat anything within 16 hours. For me it was a bigger challenge to completely avoid eating for 24 hours. In my opinion, this is not recommended for working people, as doing without practice can lead to malaise and poor concentration.The goal of the methods presented in this guide is to consume fewer nutrients and carbohydrates than you normally would. Light physical activity ensures that the body uses more energy than is supplied to it. This causes the body to lose weight.
